We’re all born and raised in Kent, where we now work side-by-side every day to make life insurance fairer for people living with diabetes.

We’ve all worked in insurance for many years and we kept hearing from people with diabetes who had been overcharged or had their applications declined by insurers who just didn’t understand the condition. We knew this wasn’t right, so we’ve built More Than Diabetes to fix the problem.

Our mission is simple. We’re here to provide anyone living with diabetes with a place they’re understood, listened to, and treated fairly. Whether you’re living with Type 1, Type 2, LADA or gestational diabetes, we know that you deserve proper advice and realistic options. And that’s exactly what we’re here to provide.

Sam Stevens

Hi, I’m Sam and I’m one of the co-owners of More Than Diabetes. I’ve been working to protect families for more than 10 years and I’m driven by the belief that everyone has the right to proper financial security for their family.

Andy Stevens

I’m Andy and I co-own More Than Diabetes with my sons Sam and Luke. I’ve been working as an in-house mortgage broker for more than 20 years, during which time I’ve helped countless families take their next step on the property ladder with confidence.

Luke Stevens

I’m Luke and alongside my dad Andy and brother Sam, I’m the third co-owner of More Than Diabetes. Like my brother, I’ve got more than 10 years’ experience in insurance and I’m determined to protect as many families as I can.

Lexy Allen

I’ve been working directly with Andy for more than 10 years, supporting him with his mortgage clients and helping families to secure their dream properties.

Bryce

I’m Bryce and I’m a Diabetes Protection Adviser. I’ve worked in insurance since the start of my career and I’m passionate about making sure people living with diabetes are treated fairly by insurers. My focus is on keeping everything clear and straightforward.

Tom

I’m Tom and I’m also a Diabetes Protection Adviser. I’ve been in the insurance industry for a number of years and I specialise in helping people with diabetes access the protection they need at a price that makes sense.

Thomas

I’m Tom and I provide administrative support for the Life Insurance team, helping to make sure that as many families as possible can easily access the high quality protection they deserve.
